In fact, many innovative projects have been launched by Chef Theo, who over the years has given space to the greatest contemporary needs in terms of cooking and nutrition: from a strong focus on eco-sustainability in the choice of ingredients and the fight against food waste to the search for solutions at the table that wink at the health of the body and mind, without taking anything away from the taste point of view.
